Annual Charity Fashion Show

Save the date for this year’s event on Sunday, November 11. And we’re coming back to New Albany and are excited to hold this year’s show at new event venue – The Estate! If you would like to be on this year’s committee, please email Terri at terrierlenbach@nullhotmail.com. Our first meeting will be in April. Also the Beneficiary Committee received a total of eight applications to review. All will be reviewed this month and this year’s Beneficiary selected soon.

NAWN holds two major fundraising events annually, the Annual Charity Fashion Show and An Evening in New Albany, both of which are open to the public. The proceeds from the Annual Charity Fashion Show benefit a central Ohio charitable organization that is selected each year by the NAWN Board, and which benefits women and children. The proceeds from An Evening in New Albany go to NAWN’s Endowment Fund, a “charitable savings account” that provides investment income that may be used to make grants to worthy local causes or other nonprofit organizations that support NAWN’s mission of “creating a strong community.” Since 2000, NAWN has raised over $1 million dollars for the beneficiaries of our charitable events. We are proud to have supported 25 different beneficiaries, as well as having increased the level of our Endowment Fund.
