Join us for what is sure to be an evening of bubbly fun: NAWN’s first-ever champagne and sparkling wine tasting. While sparkling wines and champagne have a reputation for being “special occasion” drinks, both pair beautifully with many delectable foods, perfect for any casual gathering. This will be a fun evening of pairing bubbly with cuisine while learning about which sparkling wine or champagne you love best! Please RSVP to social@NAWN.org with BUBBLY in the memo line.
SAVE THE DATE! Join us for a NAWN couples-friendly event full of fun and laughter on Friday night April 13th at 8 p.m.! Celebrating their 30th anniversary, the Capitol Steps www.capsteps.com has earned a side-splitting reputation for being the only group in Washington that attempts to be funnier than Congress. The McCoy Center for the Arts will be offering NAWN members a 20% ticket discount for this hilarious event!
NAWN will also feature a wine and cheese reception for our members and their guests following the show.
Bring your significant other or come solo, just come be part of the fun! Ticket details coming soon.

NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH:
When a member of our community, NAWN member or not, is in need, Neighborhood Outreach is here to help. This group coordinates meals and other services for individuals and families going through any life event that may require some help from friends, such as the addition of a new child, a move, or an illness or death.
If you or someone you know could use the help of our Neighborhood Outreach group, please contact neighborhoodoutreach@NAWN.org.
To join the Neighborhood Outreach committee, contact neighborhoodoutreach@NAWN.org. Once on the committee, you will receive an email when there is a request for help. There is no obligation to help with every request, simply contribute when you can.
Our Neighborhood Outreach program is a great way to carry out NAWN’s goal of “creating a strong community.”

The Movie Club is open to suggestions on how to make the most of everyone’s interests and availability. Contact movies@NAWN.org to give us your thoughts. With enough interest, we are considering adding a daytime group.
