The New Albany Women's Network has completed the application review process for beneficiary consideration for the 2010 NAWN events.  After a considerable amount of review and discussion plus visits to the applicant organizations over the summer, the NAWN Beneficiary Research Committee recommends the following two organizations for board approval: for Fashion Show, Directions for Youth and Families, "My Best Self" Program and for Evening in New Albany, New Directions Career Center.

The NAWN board voted on the recommendations made by the Beneficiary Research Committee at the October 7th  board meeting after a short presentation by the selected applicants and passed the motion as recommended.

The task of selection was a very difficult one due to the highly qualified applicants.  We thank each of them for taking the time to meet with us and for their continued dedication to their organizations.  We encourage them to apply again.
